Hi all,
I received all my statements, card goes back to 2005. Added up the fees, only about £100, but all adds up. Sent my first letter, and received a reply to say " No offer will be forthcoming as no charges have been applied from April 2007 -January 2010 " Meaning what exactly??
Is there something I am missing here?
