i contact YB about claiming bank charges before they were put on hold.
anyway this morning i got the letter(which a few others have got) saying basically its fair, theyre not giving me it back and i have 8 weeks if i dont agree with the decision,
so what do i do now? leave it? thanks

Like yourself I have had the same response from my bank. I dont know what to do now so if you get any more advice I would be greatful if you could let me know.0

Someone will be along in a moment to tell you you shouldn't get anything anyway.
Before they do, I'd just sit tight and see what pans out. We are all in the same boat.
My view (frequently stated) is that they wouldn't have paid anything if they thought they were going to win. They paid plenty.
They now THINK they've won but as NATTY says the fat bird ain't cleared her throat yet.
