Well...my case is still with criminal compliance and I am going to call my investigator today to find out what the delay is

Good luck, Have you got someone on the criminal compliance team that you dael with directly then, as im still dealing with a chap on legal enforcement, ive not be told who on the criminal compliance team has got it, should i of??

I have the name of the investigator and the other one thats assisting him, have spoken to both, have a direct line for the investigator and a mobile and email for the one assisting him. I had no idea why mine was referred to them so the person at legal enforcement arranged a call back, the one assisting called me back as the other one was off on annual leave, explained as much as he could and gave me contact details for him. When I contacted him a few weeks later the one in charge phoned and gave me a direct line.

The last time they were meant to interview my ex was when there was really bad snow so it was put off, but spoke to legal enforcement yesterday and its still with criminal compliance (I dont like to ring them direct as they have a job to do and I feel like I am bugging them) I have however been asked to provide a photo of my ex which is why I had the email address.

God if i had a direct line i wouldnt be able to stop myself calling them, at the end of the day if they gave you the direct line it was obviously for a reason, i hoping my case wont be with them as long as yours has, i mean all they have to do is take a letter to my ex and give it to him personally to prove that he lives there (but i wont hold my breath).
Still waiting for a call back so they can give me an email address that i can use to send off the pictures ive got of my ex, its so annoying, i feel like im doing their job for them, but if i dont then god knows when it will get done, good luck with your case.

Update: my caseworker on legal enforecement has called me this morning to say that the lady on criminal compliance has decided that instead of just taking the letter to my ex to establish a definate address she is also going to investigate him as it was me and not him that gave them his address and also investigate him as i have told them he is now working and the last they heard from him he wasnt working, anyone any ideas on how they will go about proving this? as he pays no tax and doesnt use a bank account at all, guess they can argue why he has his van sign written??
My case worker has also asked me to write a witness statement saying how i know he is living where he is (might have to say in court as well), well other than the fact his van is there morning, noon and night and the fact its common knowledge round here, i have no real concrete evidence, but he is definatly living there. Guess i just want some advice really on how to word the witness statement, and any ideas on how i can maybe get more evidence??
