If its a Natwest step account then you should be able to use it.razorbladekisses wrote:I tried to setup telephone banking but I'm not allowed. It says telephone banking is only available to current and saving account holders only. My account is a step account and therefore doesn't let me.

Update: I called the bank this lunch time. The only advice they gave me was to go to a Natwest, RBS or tesco ATM and unlock my pin that way. I tried 3 different ATM's and when I chose the option 'unlock pin' it just says service unavailable, contact branch. I contacted the branch again and they just said they didn't know why it wouldn't let me. They said that I would have to go to my branch and get a new card and PIN. It's so annoying. Why have that service on the ATM if it doesn't work!
I can't get to my bank until I have some time off from work which is the end of July.
I'm so worried about my bills. Do you think I should call/write to all of my creditors and explain that my payments are going to be late?-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

You could write to your bank with the credit slips for bills made out and ask them to pay £x out of account number 12345678 sorting code 12-34-56, and include reason why (i.e.pants PIN service). Call them first and check if that is ok, but should be as long as they have your written signed letter.Debt free 4th April 2007.
