Egg Card withdrawn my credit plus getting all my charges back

Hi all,
It's been a while since I've been on here. so long in fact that I forgot my login details and had to re-register.
One of my new year's resolutions was to reclaim all my credit card charges back.
I believe I am in the category of 'financial hardship' and so far I have sent off for my Natwest, Barclays and Virgin charges. I've had my Barclays letter back and have sent the 2nd letter asking for the charges plus interest back.
My attention now turns to my Egg card. I know for a fact that I have a ton of charges on this card, most of which I feel are totally unfair! They withdrew my credit limit in early 2008 (I believe they did this to a lot of people at the time).
on around a £4,500 balance, I am still paying a massive £180 a month most of which being interest.
With all these factors in mind, can I get them for anything apart from my over limit/late payment charges for the past 6 years?
Any advice is much welcomed.
