58 Plate VW Fox Anyone Had the Free Service?

When I bought my brand new VW Fox from my local dealership in January last year, there was an offer on at the time stating that if you took the solutions finance you would get 3 years free servicing. To be honest I just through they would ring me in Janurary this year to book it in.
Now I have tried phoning the garage to arrange it, and they say, they have only had the dealership for 6 months so their records dont show my sale so cant offer me any help. I phoned VW customer service and they cant help either, my only option left is to phone the finance company, however I have tried this several times and not been able to get through.
Did anyone else get this offer last year and have you been able to book your service? I cant find any information about this anywhere! Any help would be great.

Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.
