Debt passed onto debt collection agency - question

Hi there,

A few months ago, I requested a copy of my agreement for Egg which they have told me they cannot supply.

Seems I have a strong case for "unenforceable debt".

However, I have a question that I was hoping someone could help with.

A lot of water has gone under the bridge since I asked for the agreement, and in the meantime i've entered into a DMP with CCCS. In addition, the debt with Egg has been passed onto a debt collection agency. CCCS pay the debt collection agency, not Egg.

I want to resurrect my pursuit of "unenforaceable Debt".

Can I still do this now it's been passed onto a Debt Collection agency? Do I just right to them in the same way I wrote to Egg?

Sorry to raise a question on this common topic but I can't find the answer to this online.

Thank you
