Which website for HPI car check?

I have put a deposit down on a second hand car and would like to check the history, but when i put HPI check into google, it gives me a lot of different choices, i imagine they all do the same thing, but obviously i would like to use the best one which will turn up everything about the car.

I did search the forum, but i guess HPI is too short for the function.

Well that is my question, why would you choose that one over hpi.co.uk or carcheckonline?? does it check with more agencies or do anything differently? if it does it may be worth paying extra for, but if they all do the exact same thing, then i will find the cheapest.

Because that IS the website for HPI. There is only one HPI and that is their official site, which is fairly obvious if you actually looked at the site.

I would never use a cheaper HPI check, as these often just use the free information that you can find yourself on line, such as the tax expiry date and MOT expiry date.

Find one that offers protection, some offer up to £20.000
