Hi all,
I just logged in to my RBS online credit card services to pay my RBS mastercard credit card bill which is due on the 28th Jan. Im new to credit cards and after receiving no statement through the mail I guess this is the only way to do it with me being registered online.
Anyway ive setup my debit card to make a payment but it keeps saying cant authorise at this time. Now trying to use common sense could it be anything to do with it being just gone midnight and out of banking hours?
If so is it possible to walk into my branch and make an over the counter cash payment as its an RBS mastercard?
Kind Regards

Yes. You can pay in any RBS branch and they can help guide you with the online servicing.
Their online banking is very good once you've got to grips with it.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

If you bank with RBS as well, the payment should reach your credit card immediately and show online the next day - if you pay it online that is
