Washing bean bag covers

 Does anyone have any advice on how to empty and refill bean bag covers without getting the beans all over the floor.
I have two dogs, both with corduroy bean bags for beds. These obviously get muddy/smelly but I hate having to wash them as invariably I land up with more beans on the floor than in the dustbin liner I am trying to store them in, same goes for when I try to put them back in the bean bag post wash. The static from the bin bag also is a nuisance!
If anyone has any bright, time saving ideas, I would be incredibly grateful. Thanks!
