What are they and who are they ideally suited for? I only just heard about these the other day which allows £25/month to be saved tax free. Not true I'm afraid. Its possible on unit linked funds with an automatic risk reduction (often referred to as lifestyling) or with a servicing IFA who rebalances on your behalf but not on a with profits fund.
