in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
A couple of weeks ago I received the expected letter from my banks solicitors advising me they had applied to have my bank charges claim struck off. Oh well, it was a nice though said I

Today I've received a letter from the court letting me know that my case has been STAYED for a further three months :j:j:j

Hopefully this means I have enough time to look at what the MSE team have come up with and carry on the good fight!:T
