Hi, has anybody sucessfully cancelled there Talk Talk deal (free broadband) without incurring any charges, if so could you let me know how.
We signed up in April, told broadband would be on 26th May, still have not heard anythng, provided an MAC code which will now be out of date, and found out we now have to move(and there is always trouble with them moving isn't there?) , there customer services are so rude, and very incompetant, and I have got worried by all the horror stories. I know there terms and conditions say you will be billed for you broadband whilst you are waiting for it to come on, and I don't mind this, but it doesnt say, we will give you a date and 3 months down the line you would not have heard anything if you know what I mean.
Any help would be appreciated.
