I had a buyer the Christmas before last offering to send me stamps as payment. They didn't have a paypal account and as they wanted it quickly they thought that stamps would act like cash :rotfl:They eventually sent a postal order instead.

I would have accepted stamps (as long as they were unused). They are nearly as good as cash imho.

Yeah, I've seen listings (a long while ago I thnk) which state that the seller would accept stamps. Had neevr really thought about it, but they are worth the same I guess.

Las time I sold something on Ebay it took the buyer 6 day's to pay then they contacted me to say I need it by Thursday. This was on the Tuesday and I stated 2nd class postage in my auction:mad:

I believe there is a direct correlation between the tardiness of payment and the need for item to be despatched immediately. :rotfl:

Haha, no I guess you're right, but I'd be happy enough to accept them for low value items, which seem to be most of mine recently, as it would probably cover the postage, and no pp fees..
