janeo jewels win..... anyone get their prize??

Months and months ago i won the daily draw from janeojewels.com

i emailed them to say which item i would like (as i couldnt find any other way of letting them know) but never heard anything back.

I won way before christmas and was just wondering if anyone has ever got their win from this site.

Me too! I won in November and had to email them as their onsite facility didn't work, got no response and no jewellery, emailed them again just last week and have still heard nothing

I won this mid November & received after 3 weeks. so did my brother's gf but my other friend hasn't received hers yet from early Dec. Just post a comment on there site as they are really nice people to deal with (I also had the problem claiming prize) & they should sort it out. I was really pleased with the quality of my prize when it arrived so worth chasing

I just visited the site via my wem and tried claiming the prize again and it all went through nicely............except when I got to the end of the process and it asked for £2 delivery.........is this right?

It shouldnt ask you for any Delivery. I won on this before i posted the Competition on here and was lucky enough to receive my chosen item within 2 weeks of winning. I hope you manage to claim your item!!

No you shouldn't be paying postage but when I won the route through the winning e-mail thingy didn't work so I just e-mailed them to say what I wanted & this all went smoothly. I think whoever set up the click on the winning e-mail thing hasn't set it up right. I noticed at the time when I claimed that quite a few people were posting on their site to say it didn't work for them either & they were asked to just tell them what they wanted
