VIRGIN TRAINS TOOK AND EXTRA £61.50 FROM MY ACCOUNT -then put the phone down on me.

as the title says i booked some train tickets online on the 23rd jan. checked my account today and it didnt add up. spoke to the bank and they said that virgin trains are pulling a second pmnt and they cant stop it. called VT only to get some air head who didnt have a clue. half an hour later i asked to be transfered to a manger cause she said that i wouldnt be able to get my money back, she put the phone down!!!
this is a shortend version on what happend but im furious!!!!! please help i need that money.

Go to a train station near you with a virgin trains desk, explain what has happened- its harder to ignore you face to face. At the very least they will give you a refund form there, send them all info you have- statement photocopy ect along with the refund form recorded delivery. They're usually spot on with refunds to be fair good luck
