Tiscai IMAP settings

Hi guys

I've just installed Thunderbird V3.0.1 and I'm in the middle of setting it up for my email accounts.
The gmail account set up first time and basically did everything for me.

I'm having trouble with the Tiscali account.

Does anyone have any idiot-proof instructions on setting up an IMAP account on Thunderbird for Tiscali emails?

    Thanks - I did have a dig around but all I could find were POP3 settings.
    I'm fairly certain I read somewhere you could set up IMAP accounts, but I can't seem to find the ports, authentication, etc.

    I didn't think IMAP was available on Tiscali accounts, use your Gmail account to fetch the Tiscali mail, it will then be available via Gmail IMAP.

    Log into your Gmail account, select 'settings' then 'check mail using POP3' and follow the wizard.

    That's what I do.
    Move along, nothing to see.

    Found it. Did a bit more digging and found the settings.
    They are:-
    imap.tiscali.co.uk - port 143 - no security
    smtp.tiscali.co.uk - port 25 - no security

    Hope this helps someone else as well as me.
