Just got a bargain on my new carpet I think!

I have lino all through my lounge and kitchen (was used as a through/storage room before we lived here) and although it has been exceptionally practical, its unsightly now as its old and worn, and its sooo cold underfoot, especially in winter, but as the house is rented I never wanted to carpet, but now we've been here almost 2 years and no plans on going anywhere else soon, we decided to look into it, and I think I got a good deal. Room is 18 x12 ft and we have gone for a dark mink colour (coal fire and a cat) so won't show dirt as bad but won't darken the room too much, and I paid £163 fitted. Bought it at 3.30pm being laid tmrw at 12 noon. Hope it will make the lounge much cosier. Just need a good hearth rug now! I'm well excited!!

No underlay its foam backed and they havent mentioned grippers so I assume they must be using another method!
