    I know this is very confusing without a photo! Can't get one today unfortunately. Yes the patio is made up of slabs, I would need to check if we're able to move some to create a path, not sure but it's a good idea. The flower beds would be very big but could work with some thoughts about how it's laid out.

    I do think you're right about the decking though the more I think about it, we just need to get the garden to a stage where it's all ready for a new owner and they can then add in decking etc or whatever they want.

    Try and keep up :D
    Moved on from large flower beds , FTB need low maintenance, old fogies with time have flower beds , youngsters want ( cheap :D) grass.

    Usually just around Easter time B&Q do cheap decking just get their early.
