Windows XP start up problems

click on the "start" button, bottom left of the screen, then go to "contol panel"
on the screen that comes up click on the one called *system"
click on the tab called*hardware"
then on the button called "device Manager"
click on the little cross in the box next to "display adapters" and it should tell you
did the "roll back" not work ??Ex forum ambassador

Not tried the roll back yet as I kept being booted out!. Will try tomorrow.
I have just unplugged the ac adaptor and using laptop on battery power only, very strange as its been working ok with no problems for the past hour or so. As soon as I go back on the mains it crashed again.
Any ideas?0
