What lovely people there are on this board!!. I don't always post that much but I read the posts almost everyday.

Cashminder account with Co-op already up and running and OR confirmed that would have no interest in it, so all in all today has been relatively pain free and I didn't even have to see the judge. My case was probably the most straightforward of the cases being heard today but we all agreed on one thing and that was that no matter what assets were being taken away, we all kept what was most valuable and that was our families. To quote Cloverfan, I too am determined to make a better life for my children.

For those who have not yet gone to the process or have some fears, I can only say that I felt an amazing sense of calm today and I have not had that feeling for a very long time. Today has been the best day of the year so far and is the first day of the rest of my family's life. I'm sure the feeling could only be beaten by telling Barclaycard and Halifax that they are not going to get a penny more and perhaps if they had helped a little then they would have got a lot more.
