Hi has anyone had problems installign Talk Talk broadband?
My parents have a BT line and have just cancelled NTL broadband, but they cannot seem to install Talk Talk broadband, something to do with having it connected with the phoneline. Talk Talk said it may be because of spyware installed but we can't find anything. They have also bought a £90 wireless router, but I'm a bit lost and so are they, so not sure what to do and no Internet in the meantime. My dad took day off work yesterday and got advice from talk talk, pc world and other places, but still can't figure it out!! Can anyone help??

haver they tried using the kit supplied- to a single computer , rather than the wireles router ( which I understandstand for a bt line needs to be one that includes a modem -if not connected to a modem as well )
see http://www.adslguide.org.uk/guide/connections.asp
they also have a forum.Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0
