Govan Law centre Template

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Hello All,
I have a bank charges issue with Natwest. I have followed all the templates from here and on the 7th January I recieved a letter from Natwest west explaining the outcome of the test case. I had 8 weeks to reply to them or the case would be closed.
I went on the Govan Law Centre website and found a template letter they have on there, so I down loaded it, filled in the blanks and sent it off to Natwest. Today I have recieved a letter from Natwest, asking if I'm in financial hardship.
I'm not in financial hardship. I have called Natwest and explained to them that they have misread the letter I have sent them. They said it's missing the word challenge. So I think we need to adding the word challenge somewhere. Anyone had anything similar from their bank?

    Martin, has previously said that the govan law centre template should only apply to Scotland but that is quite an interesting response you got to it.

    Oh I haven't read that Martin said that that template was only suitable for Scotland.

    Govan law Centre have completely contradicted this and have stated that it is applicable for the whole of the UK.

    Hi I live in Scotland and contacted the Govan Law Centre re template letters as very confused, and as far as I know they were for everyone not just Uk. Please email them for advice as they are so helpful and are helping me on my ongoing claim. Hope this helps and good luck

    does it not let you click on the link I put in previous post sorry bit thick with this or try putting in govan law centre in a UK search if you know what I mean
