    They denied me access after the first missed payment, of which i told them the issue. The next 2 months was argueing that I needed a reprieve and that if they are denying me access they shouldn't be charging me.
    So basically, even tho they knew I couldn't afford the paments they continued to charge me, did not suggest a payment altternative and did not allow me to use the facility they want paying for!

    If you missed a payment then they are well within their rights to deny you access. It's a shame your circumstances have changed and obviously you feel you have to make cut backs but you signed a legaly binding contract, the fact that they are giving you a break in your payments at all shows they are not totaly unreasonable...
