The receipt (invoice) received would have been for the download portion (as they had only charged you for the download so far). When they then despatched the CD's then the additional amount would have been taken, hence producing an additional receipt.

When you placed the order the total amount would have been £120 but the thing that has confused matters, was the fact that they have debited in two seperate transactions, and provided two receipts.

Thanks that does seem how it works but surely there should be advance warning when you you make a puchase that there will be a shipping charge and that £0.00 shipping charge stated at the end of the transaction is not correct? Though the reply basically says you pay £20 whether you have the disks delivered or not!

    OlliesDad ...

I agree that this is what has happened .... the question is ... does it tell the OP at time of ordering the cost of the sending of CDs .... I assume it does .,...??

No i only became aware of the 2nd charge after checking my credit card statement up to invoices for my tax return. I have a print out at the end of the transaction stating shipping cost £0.00 otherwise I would have bought from Amazon.
