Hi
I have just rang the Tax credit helpline to ask why I am not getting single parent element any more ( I am still single) and they told me I failed the secruity questions and I now have to attend my Local HMRC office for identiy .
Has any one else had to do this and what does it entail ? All the details I gave were correct .
Thank you
