Complete beginer after advice

Hi i am looking to be a little more self sufficient by growing some of my own veg this will be in grow bags and sacks for the potatoes but The only thing i have ever grown is cress and pumpkins so i was looking for some advice on growing the following...

potatoes
spring onions
onions
peppers
parsley
sweetcorn
cucumber
salad leaves
spinach
beetroot

could anyone help me with when these should be planted ect please

Have a scoot through this previous thread, which may answer some of your questions, then if you need any more help, ask again. There's lots of knowledgeable people around who'd be glad to help, but you may find a lot of what you need to know is already there.

May I (ever so gently) suggest that you have asked so many questions that even a concise answer would take pages?

If you go to the library, or even buy, Dr D.G. Hessayon's Complete Vegetable Expert, you will get all your questions (and more) clearly answered.

Forums are excellent for passing on individual hints and tips and answering specific questions - but when someone flumps down and says 'tell me everything you know about everything', it doesn't tend to stimulate a response.

My advice is to read the seed packets, some of them will suggest that you may plant them indoors, and give you the correct month to do this... they are a good source of information.
