and at there discredtion - or when they feel like it

My Local I bloody hate it... I had a B&Q door I got before xmas, 1 size too small and I lost the receipt but had my bank statement, so next time I went in as its in Lincoln I took it with me (as I ain't local to them)

Women at the till refused!! - even though it got B&Q on paperwork within the sealed plastic on the door!.

She goes we can give you a credit note when we see fit... this time we won't - erm no you can't as the board with the policy on before me says different.. you can't just make up the rules on a as and when bases as you personnaly see fit :mad::mad:

After a "chat" I was given the credit note in the end.. - monkeys. after the court case and this.. I ain't using B&Q again.

You wouldnt win a court case as there no fault there under no obligation to do so. B&Q has one of the most liberal returns policy I've seen.
