My JSA being stopped in June Class 1 N.I contribution runs out??

I need some help
I received a letter the other day about my JSA and how much I will be paid
below that It says
Bare in mind I am 24 and haven't worked since I was part time at Morrisons where some times I would earn above the threshold and be taxed.
I have been claiming JSA for over 18 months now
What will happen?

We cannot pay you jobseeker allowance from June 23 2010
We cannot pay you as your entitlement based on class 1 National insurance has run out
