Set up a second PC in my daughters room and the signal from the wireless adaptor is very very poor. Is there different strength adapators?
Thanks

you could try looking for a high-gain aerial for your router, have a google....
or, try putting the wireless adapter on a USB extension cable so you can move it round a bit, you'd be suprised what a difference it could make

Get a modem/router with a better range or a homeplug adapter."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

could try repositioning the wireless router - have you tried a different wireless channel to see if that helps?Don't try to teach a pig to sing - it wastes your time and annoys the pig0
