As for cleaning stuff, so sorry not MSE at all but I just love these http://www.methodproducts.co.uk/ I know they are not MSE but they are great, of course being plant based I can use them on my cabinets even and be safe for my lizards :D As my other stuff is used up I am changing it all over to method stuff, glass cleaner I got smells divine, cleans eally well and is lasting AGES! (Maybe lack of use...haha...not!)
I like them too... and they're much more ecofriendly than ordinary stuff (mine last for ages too... mostly because I've realised that if I use a microfibre cloth and water it works 90% of the time, so I only need the proper stuff occasionally). I particularly like the grapefruit surface cleaner, leather wipes (because I hardly even need to clean leather, so it's easier than a whole bottle) and the bath stuff with milled marble in - nearly as good as astonish but smells delicious!

I can confirm that my new sheepskin-lined walking boots are incredibly comfy. I did a two mile walk round and round and round the block as I hadn't had any exercise all day, and although it is freezing out there, it was lovely and the boots were wonderful. So they aren't going back :D

I made up the rest of today's steps rushing round the house putting things away and finding things to throw out/charity shop etc, so I have made considerable progress with a lot of the stuff that has been lying around for ages.

Also sorted out the water filter which was tasting funny... it was a newish cartridge, but as it had also slowed down I checked it, and it was full of air, so I've re-sunk it and run a couple of litres through it and it seems fine now. Maybe I should put a plumbed-in water filter on my wish list...

Toots - I'm pleased to hear you're listening to your body and not overdoing things, although it's a pity to miss your shopping trip.

I suppose I should go to bed now, as I've got to be at the gym at the crack of dawn tomorrow. I must go out for a walk at lunchtime and again between meetings. If I can find my bluetooth headset I'll think about going to the gym for the last one (I have 4 x 1.5 hour teleconferences to get through, plus rewriting the stuff that was supposed to be a joint effort with a colleague and getting my other piece through to publication. It's going to be a long day, so I hope to break it up with flying.

Night all... see you in the morning :D

I know, I know,:D just mega busy at work, very rude of it to take so much of my time up actually....;), not got a minutes peace at the mo and my diary is rapidly filling up but I've got tons of leave to take an all.

There's no way OH would swap, he's doing loads of travelling re his new job all over the next county over the bridge whilst I'm mooching about our county.

Thinking of a skoda estate or a small MPV, like the Nissan Note although they look a bit fugley but that doesn't bother me....my first car was an FSO...loved it. xx Having said what I'd like I'll probably get something completely different...I do not like sports cars, big saloons, I like practical and fuel efficient and spacious, for stuff to be lugged to the tip or packed full of camping gear or shopping.:D

Tired and Aunty Flossy is here, the miserable cow...:rotfl:wish she'd do flying visits.

I probably did some flying but can't remember what...oh yes, I wiped the table and put some rubbish in the bin and brought the bin in.

Lil-me Happy Birthday to your DS2 hope you all have a lovely day. xxx
