Seriously it will be fine. One hand on the handle of the barra, t'other on the item to steady.Just thought maybe not as the bookcase is tall - where would my hulk like fingers go LOL?

I can't remember where I got mine, (was years ago) but they are very good. Just tilt the cupboard, or whatever back a little slip them under and then wiggle it forward, until you can get the back ones in.
