Who's wishing for a 70% crash?
I'm not and you would probably find the majority here with bearish views, also think those numbers are a little extreme.
Reasonably priced property is all people want.0 -
Some serious generalisations going on now Joe, sorry. You seem to be taking things to the absolute extreme to somehow nullify the point made.
The whole of society is controllable. No one wants too much control, but no one wants it so lax that we ALL suffer on the back of very few getting massively rich.0 -

Who's wishing for "massive HPI"? Most "bulls" are generally wanting a bit of stability.
Also, stating it will happen with reasons why isn't wishing for it, it's just presenting an argument. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Really? I can think of several, including our prolific Scottish friend who would crack open the bubbly if HPI was back to 25% territory.
As for quoting the 70% off group, that's just stupid. What we needed was a slow correction of about 33% and then HPI around the level of inflation.0 -
