Itunes how share wont work for some songs

Hi
I have home share set up between two PC laptops. I have managed to share most of the songs (140ish) between the two without a problem. They consist of downloaded one and ones from my cd's.
However, there are 11 songs which just will not share, no matter what I do. Everytime I try and share, it just says '.....this computer is not authorised. However, it is authorised as all others worked without a problem.
I dont know if it makes a difference, but all 11 were downloaded from itunes. none of the 11 appear in mu 'upgrade to drm' list on itunes store. so it cant be that either.
Does anyone know what to do?
