Had my statement through yesterday and on it they had put £36 for insurance on a tumble dryer that I have had for 12 months when I did not request insurance:mad:
When I phoned to complain they told me that it was in case I wanted it and forgot to ask for it Bloody Cheek!!!!!!!!!
Another thing with Kays is that their phone number used to be a freephone number but now it is an 0811 premium number so I am charged for that to add to their profits too - it is really annoying because you have 3 minutes of a bloody automated voice to try to get through to complaints and then you are kept on hold :mad:

athough this no. states otherwise,it does get you through to Kays 0800180000 or at least it did about 8 weeks ago.
Kaya has gone downhill ever since home shopping direct took it over,with all their petty rules and regs.I lost over £20 of commission when they didn't make it clear about the minimum payment you had to make in order to qualify.I swore i would stop using them but now i only order if it is a good deal.0 -

I will only buy if it is a really good deal, but to be honest I think I will get rid of them, their stuff has got really expensive and the clothes are thin and shoddy.
