Aqua Credit Limit Increase ?

I have had my card since last January, it started at £900, then increased to £1200 in July and since then nothing, I though after 12 months it might be increased again but the statement has been produced and is still it £1200.
I always pay off in full each month and have never been late etc.
Just wondering if anyone else knew when the increases normally happen.

Phone and ask, nothing to loose.When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

If you log on to their website you can manually request a limit increase. Mine was £1850 and i asked for it to just be rounded up to £2000, to my surprise they gave me £2550 no questions asked.0
