how long does it take to arrive approved 7 days ago still no sign of it through the post

    Why not give them a call? Nothing to loose by asking, it may already have been sent but is lost in the post.
    When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

    Can you access a statement page at all? Look at your accounts tab on home page.

    If there is an account number there it will show that they are issuing a card - if not there might be a problem so best thing you can do is phone them.

    i logged in on line it says " enter your card details to activate your account " ??? but the card hasnt arrived yet ..

    If there are asking you to enter your card details then your card is on it's way! I also got this message after I'd applied for my Egg card in mid December ... my card didn't arrive for a good 3 weeks although I doubt yours would take that long as Christmas and lots of snow probably didn't help!
