Marks and Spencer is to sell pork collar from Monday as shoppers are inspired by celebrity chefs including Jamie Oliver to make use of cheaper cuts of meat during the recession. we can hope lol, on the brisket topic i put mine in the slow cooker with curry onions and sultanas, lovely.
