Wheel Locking Nuts (Help?)
I have a workmate at work who has a car puncture and the wheel locking nut is rounded. Is there any way we can get a replacement locking nut so that we can help her out. Breakdown company has quoted an astronomical price to fix the problem So any advice wuld be appreciated

Use the above tool, (hope it has a tapered thread aswell... it dosn't mention that it has or not)
Before doing it make sure the other 3 studs on the wheel are as tight as @#$%, it will make it easier to remove the locked one.
An alternative is to hammer a slightly smaller size socket onto what you have.
When he has it off, tell him to go to the dealership and buy 4 standard wheel studs and throw these useless wheel lockers in the bin. :doh:0 -
Beg borrow or buy an electric car pump to get her going> http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/12V-Car-Electric-Pump-Air-Compressor-Tire-Inflator_W0QQitemZ110483207438QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item19b94ff50e

Re your 'sig'... guess its been boring lately as i've not been about as much ..
OP - ditch the locking wheel nuts - if someone wants your wheels they'll get them anyway, regardless.Genie
