Zanussi washing machine fault

I hope someone can help me. I have a Zanussi washing machine (1605W). I've switched it on and all lights are flashing and beeping. I remember this happened a while ago and can't remember what it is I did to resolve it - it was something like holding the Start and Reset/Skip together, or holding Start down and pressing Reset/Skip a few times.

I've tried both of those things now but the lights still flash.

Has this happened to you? How did you resolve it?

not sure about your make & model, but taking the mains plug out of the socket, for a while, may reset it.

Has it finished the previous cycle? If not the manual (surprise!) says Reset plus select drain only or drain/spin.

Oh - Just noticed you say the audible signal is sounding. Manual (again) says press reset repeatedly to erase previous programme.

I'm trying to start a new wash cycle. I tried pressing Reset several times and now the green light is just running through all the options constantly. I'm sure it was two buttons together that I pressed last time.

Have you tried pressing and holding in the Skip/Reset button for about 5 seconds?
