Are you saying your time keeping bonus makes up a third of your salary?
Its tied in with an attendance bonus, you loss both if your late, there was alot of absenteeism and lateness which it has cured I suppose. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

nirelandguy,
another complaint about your job again?
it is your responsibility to get to work on time. you take a gamble relying on anyone else. so it is harsh but it is legal.
please stop getting people to spend time sympathising with you, stop prevaricating, and actually make a decision about your job/ career. you hate your job. we get it. but you aren't actually doing anything solid to change things, ust moaning.

Surely one instance of lateness doesn't count against you "forever"?
how is the on-time and attendance bonus worked out? Over what period? Last month? Last 12 months?Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -
Surely to qualify for an "on time" bonus you need to be on time??0
