PPI CLAIM (Welcome Finance)

I recently made a claim for a mii sold PPI with Welcome Finance for a loan i used to have with them.
I am currently with a debt management company and have a further loan with Welcome Finance.
Can they pay the money i am recieving on this claim into a seperate loan with them?
Heres the letter they sent me:

PPI PREMIUM £515.30
ASSOCIATED INTEREST £30.69
8% INTEREST £16.75
TOTAL £562.74

We have deducted the following:

Early rebate £336.57

If you accept our offer this shall be refunded to your active loan account due to your financial circumstances.

Hi, I believe they can if you have financial problems but I am sure someone else will be along to confirm this.
Well done on your win though.
  • i have3 had the same reply, they have offered to deduct £682.15 early rebate - does anyone what that means? I did repay the car loan early

Hi, can you please let us know the background on yours?? If you have sent a letter for misselling and they have only offered you a rebate against the insurance then that is not the same as a full refund.
