My Father passed away recently and held two Premium Bonds. One was in his name and the other in his Mothers. I have reclaimed the Bond in his name but am not sure whether i have any right to cash in the other?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is his mother alive? If so you have no rights.
If not whoever is entitled to mother's estate can cash it - which could well be you.0 -
No, she died 9 years ago. I'm presuming my Father kept it going in order to recieve any prizes. I know you are allowed to claim prizes 12 months after the holders death but now my Father has passed away i don't know if my grandmothers Premium Bond is payable to me?0
