    I strain it through a sieve once cooked, and put the stuff left in the sieve into a pot and keep it in the fridge; makes a wicked spread and you can use it in chillis/curries instead of chilli powder.
    I can vouch for this easy chilli jam! Very tasty and makes chutney etc not quite so terrifying
