Want to meet half way...

I could do with some ideas please.
Our daughter lives in Calgary, Canada and we wanted to meet up somewhere over Christmas but the increased costs rule that out.
We can go late November/early December and want to meet half way (yeah I know!!).
Apart from meeting up in the ocean in a boat, does anyone have a suggestion. Due to Canada's weather at that time of year we'd prefer WARM !!

Do you mean somewhere in the States then? It would be cheaper to go to Calgary, you could stay with your daughter and only pay for flights. Halfway between here and calgary? Iceland/Greenland!!!

Hi cheekymole, not Calgary as we want daughter to have a break instead of running around like she usually does. Possibly something in the states. Also forgot to mention nothing megga expensive.0

I would go for Florida then as zappa suggested.
Never been there myself though but if you search for Florida threads I'm sure there'll be manyI haven't got one!0
