    Morning chaps
    Sleepy now!

WBF - I added it up last night I think I am on 9 as I have had the odd night with a glass of wine when people have been in/dinner etc - which isnt great but it has been the holidays - it is probably more but those are definite AF dates.

Aiming to remain AF for the rest of April but taking it day at a time :)

    I am a work i progress................
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

Morning all. Well I have to confess that I had a voddie last night but was AF on Monday night so I think my total score is 8 for April WBF and Sparkles, I managed Monday but not Tuesday of your challenge. Will pop by later, bye everyone xx

  • Morning Everyone.

Got back last night from our trip to Holland. Wasn't AF but didn't go mad.
You cant go too mad at £5 a pint!
Really enjoyed it and it was great to have DSs with me and not have to
worry about them. Got the post holiday blues now but have the rest of the week off so that's good. I have so many things to do. Washing machine repair man finally turning up this afternoon.

Just been catching up with what's been happening while I was away. All
    12 pages of it!
Welcome to newbies:j. Well done Leigh on your AF ness.
Miss P - will miss you but you are right - piglet won't be little for long and
you need to make the most of that time with him.

Hugs to all of those who have struggled with all sorts of things over the past few days.

As you said on here Graeme, it's the sobriety that has to come first, otherwise everything else will be lost anyway.

I'm *starting to get AA* the more I think about it these past few days.

The way to 'get' AA is to go to as many meetings as possible.
I was working and still managed 1 a day in my early recovery. I had to prioritize it

AA only works if you work it.

Many people need AA, but not as many want AA.

You sound like you're doing ok, and that's good enough in the early days. If you can get through the day (just today) without a drink, that is a GREAT day, no matter what else happens
  • Hello

    Enjoy your shopping Jo

    Shopping didn't happen :(

Got kids hair cut then met my mum in town and we had lunch and DD2 started to get paler and paler, by the time we'd finished lunch she was visibly shaking and felt like she'd got a temp so had to leave cos she was then asking to go home. Strange as it was at that moment the fire alarm in the shop went off and we all got kicked out any way

So here I am sat in doors, DS on the xbox, DD2 fell fast asleep with a temp of 39.6 and DD1 and my mum are shopping by themselves :(

I just don't know what to do, feel so worried about DD2 now, she only got over the norovirus a couple of weeks ago :(
