    Hi all

Well uni finished at 3.30pm and was a tough day. I'm training to be a counsellor (one reason why I want to sort the drinking out) and the workshop was us filming ourselves counselling each other. I volunteered to play 'the client' and wasn't sure whether I was brave enough to talk about problems with hubby but I did and cried so much I am so tired now but a lot of the anger I felt has been released...for now.

Afterwards I went into town and have bought myself a nice purple (favourite colour), glittery bath bomb from Lush (NEVER been in there before can you believe!) and a mini box of belgian chocolates for when everyone clears off here! I am more a shower person but someone at uni suggest I treat myself to a bath bomb and relax this evening. I can't remember if I mentioned that hubby makes short films for a living and is using our flat as a film set. He said they wouldn't be finishing until 9pm but I hope it's sooner :(

There is 3/4s of a bottle of wine in the fridge from last night which is hubby's and I can honestly say I am not tempted at all. I am so fed up and finally see that drinking will not solve anything, only make it worse. I feel so positive about the drinking side of things even though everything else seems a mess :o

So I am really, really looking forward to chilling out with my bath bomb and choccies :D
