bt vision c01 error help please??

Hiya guys I have BT vision freeview through bt broadband and it ias driving us crazy! It never works.

First we got 402 errors so they started a new subscription and it was ok for a few weeks. Now I get c
C01 error and it won't even start up. I have already had a new vision box as it packed up.
Any ideas I really am sick of trying to get them on the phone as they cut me off!!!

I rang today ands the say vision has a major problem (what just today) turn everything off for 3 mins then on and it should work. Lol of course not

just done a factory reset and now got error RE01

Any ideas?

emmm try phoning bt vision so they can read from there scripts to tell you what to do

yes tried that they've got to come round to have a peek, was hoping to sort before that!!! Kids moaning as only 4 channels now as we can't get 5 on old tv system!!

O'h well just have to put up with it!!

thanks interesting Isabel says bt giving free freeview for whole weekend as rial for sport football. Wonder if this extra use is affecting vision. When I rang first time there was a recorded mesage saying the whole of vision had problems and to wait.

Also the website says bt are doing a major uograde Moday evening so perhaps that will sort it!!!
