pandora charm

hi
cant seem to find answers on here or consumer advice website

i bought a gold pandora charm from peter jacksons the jewellers on the 26th december 09 as its a gold charm they didnt have it in stock so had to order it. they advised me i had to pay for it upfront so i did and was told because of the christmas period it will take two weeks, so i agreed.

it is nearly a month now and still no sign of the charm.
i paid £100 in cash and £160 on my debit card now i know i could do a chargeback for my debit card but thats not all of it,
when can i go into the shop and say enoughs enough and want to cancel and get a full refund.
also dont want to be fobbed of with a credit note please advise.

Don ... go into the shop & ask when it will be available ... bearing in mind it should have arrived a couple of weeks ago - if they can not answer, or the date is not suitable ... then ask for your money back ...
