Normally it's the lowest APR balances that gets paid first.
Your allocation will be confirmed on the back of your statement, something like:
Payments you make will reduce your balance in the following order:- Default Charges
- Promotional balance transfers
- Promotional purchases
- Purchases, balance transfers and other charges
- Cash withdrawals
